Deliveries & Returns

DELIVERY POLICY:
Shipping costs are calculated and reflected in your shopping cart.

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping times are estimated at 3 to 5 business days to Singapore locations.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email. You can follow the status of your order using the tracking number provided in this message.

If you receive a failed delivery attempt notification, please contact the freight company  to arrange a redelivery of the item(s). They will only redeliver a certain number of times.

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are only accepted for products that are defective or damaged, and must be requested within one week of receiving the goods.

To initiate a refund request, please email us at info@vitalproteins.sg, including images of the damaged product for our team to review. Please note that damaged items must be returned to us, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once your request is approved, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

For items purchased with a discount coupon or voucher, refunds will be issued at the net purchase price, as reflected in your order confirmation email.


APPLICABLE LAW:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
